Dr. Sushma Penmetsa, MD, MBBS, FAAP
Dr. Sushma Penmetsa, known by her patients as Dr. Pen is a pediatrician with extensive experience in rendering medical care for children from the newborn age up through the age of 18. She completed a pediatric residency program at Harlem Hospital in New York and in UTMB, Galveston.
During her time at the residency in UTMB Dr. Penmetsa received the best Residents Research Award. Dr. Penmetsa enjoys caring for patients and believes in the patient / parent trust in their doctor. She believes in her ability to make a difference in the lives of children and help them lead a happy and healthy life.
Dr. Reina Davis Wheeler, MD
Dr. Reina Davis Wheeler is a Pediatrician who specializes in the care of children from birth to 18 years old. She received her medical degree at Meharry Medical College and completed her pediatric residency training at the University of Texas Houston School of Medicine. Dr. Wheeler enjoys building relationships with her patients and their families in addition to providing compassionate and comprehensive care. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 young sons.

Dr. Kumari Weeratunge, MD
Dr. Kumari Weeratunge obtained her medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. She completed her Residency in Pediatrics at the Texas Tech Health Science Center in El Paso, Texas. She is a Board Certified Pediatrician with over 10 years of experience. Dr. Kumari takes care of patients from Newborns to 18 years of age. During her free time, she loves volunteering in the community with her 2 daughters and husband. She is also a Sunday School teacher at her Temple for over 10 years. Dr. Kumari also enjoys traveling to new destinations with her family. Dr. Kumari believes it’s a privilege to take care of children’s healthcare needs so she can contribute to a healthy generation & society as a whole.

Dr. Swetha Mandaloju , MD
Dr. Swetha Mandaloju (Dr. M) is a pediatrician who believes in a wholesome approach to health care that includes a combination of lifestyle changes and medications. She also believes it is important to care for both physical health and mental health. She hopes to help each of her patients live the happiest and healthiest life they can. Dr. M grew up in Irving, TX before attending Rice University for her bachelor’s degree and then Texas Tech School of Medicine. She completed her pediatrics residency at Arnold Palmer Hospital in Orlando, FL. In her free time, she enjoys streaming nearly anything on Disney+, listening to audiobooks, and taking long walks.
